"Well everything in there now is 1.25 so not really the Dollar Tree no more just sayin. But I got alot of Halloween stuff for cheap that's higher else places. So I give it big thumbs up. Now they have 5 dollar items ."

"Even though Dollar Tree is no more, no fault to their company, I wonder when their logos (Dollar Tree) will change to reflect they are no longer a Dollar Tree. Generally good bargains on many items you aren't gonna find at Wally World or a Dollar General Store. Made inexpensive and sold for an inexpensive amount, a $1.25. This store is usually well kept, stocked, and organized. Bathrooms are always clean. Friendly cashiers that will provide help if needed."

"I try to avoid this location. I love going to Dollar Tree stores and usually spend too much, but this one is the rudest ever. The actual store is okay, but the employees are the rudest. I've been in this location only a few times because they are very consistent. I attempted to start a short conversation with the cashier, and a manager came over and completely interrupted me to talk about her life problems. The cashier immediately started to ignore me and talked to the manager. They don't greet you or thank you for your business. Worst customer service ever."

"On 2/13/21 I had a bad experience at a dollar tree at another location while buying valentine balloons. They were partially deflated & one had a short string. Upon my asking if they would top them off with helium they not only refused but was very rude. If I hadn't already paid for them I would've have purchased them. I bought balloons in the past that weren't completely full & never had any trouble getting them to add more helium before I left so I didn't think a thing about it. I left with balloons that wouldn't float & decided to take the balloons (and the receipt) to the Mt.Vernon location for help.. I explained my plight to a young man named Jeremy who was so sweet, apologetic & very helpful. Upon seeing how deflated they were he didn't even try to fill them, he just traded them out & made sure they were full , topping one of them off. He was very kind as they all are at this location. I love having this store in our community & once more the people in it. If you get a chance stop in . Thank you Jeremy & the Mt.Vernon Dollar tree ."
