"Wish I could give this place a 0 for stars because this place is awful! I lived there in 2016. The landlord should not have this job because she has said awful things to me, told me that since I already had 3 kids no one was allowed to stay the night with me because I didn't need anymore kids, my apartment flooded and I was responsible for the clean up (there was standing water in my house that ruined my couch, my sons bed, my tv, my rug, and a number of other things) the apartment had numerous problems wrong with it before I moved in... When I first got the apartment there was dead roaches throughout my house! I seen them and had to clean them up myself before I could even move my stuff in! Once I moved in I realized they were still in there and alive!! I called the landlord multiple times to complain about the bug problem and she told me that a pest control person came in once a month to spray for it and that's all she could do!! When the pest control guy showed up I asked him about the roaches and he said the roaches were in the foundation is why and they are hard to get rid of! Then when I had enough I told her I was moving out she told me I owed here 375 dollars for pest control for the problem!!! Then once she knew I was moving out she said I didn't pay my rent, Which I did!!!... Once I told her I had a recipe to prove that I paid my rent she magically found my rent that I had paid!!!! She is a terrible landlord and has terrible management skills!! She is two faced and will talk about other rents behind their backs, the apartments are crappy and if something breaks you better be willing to clean up the mess yourself! I would NOT recommend ANYONE live here!!!! and if you do decide to live here take pictures of everything like I did and hold on to every recipe because she will try to screw you over!!!"

"This place would be rated 0 if it was my choice. They will just come into your apartment. Blame stuff on you when in reality they are just cheap and don't want to fix anything. The manager is two faced and will talk about you behind your back. My apartment flooded with sewer water that caused me to have to evacuate me and my little ones and go an hour away.... Had no car and I was obligated to clean it up. I'm sorry wasn't planning on my apartment flooding with sewer water. The apartment they say is like 700 a month with the shirty maintenance. The landlord will try to be all in your business. Even tell you you can't let your kids friends spend the night but to very minimal days a year...."
