"This place has the worst service I’ve seen. Don’t take anything there if you want it back in any reasonable timeframe. Took my son’s varsity letterman jacket to her before Thanksgiving and called to check on it several times always being told it would be done soon. Finally I just went in to pick it up after it had been there for like 10 weeks and it was not even close to being done, plus when she brought it out to me it was covered in dog hair!"
"I had ordered a shirt online, which the company apparently farms their apparel to this company. What a complete joke. After 3 weeks, I contacted the store to ask for explanation, in which it basically boiled down to that the owner never checks her email. I called 6 more times prompting them to make my 1 shirt, as it was a christmas present. Finally I was guaranteed it would leave at the end of the week, and when that failed a 7th call revealed the owner decided to just leave for vacation. Luckily a worker at the store heeded my urgency, and filled the order. I absolutely would go anywhere else."
"Ordered a shirt for work that was made by Instant Imprints during the midst of the pandemic. Ordering online was really easy, as well as the communication. I received a phone call when my order was ready, arrived at the business and called. A staff member brought my order to my car (no contact pick-up). The entire process was seamless. The material of the shirt (Bella + Canvas) is my favorite and it’s really comfortable."

"I've been using Instant Imprints in Winghaven since starting my business 3 years ago. They have printed many shirts for myself & staff, several sets of car magnets, & most recently some jackets. Everything I've ever had done has been top quality, I've had some of our oldest shirts wear out but the lettering still looks great! Their turnaround time is short, usually 2 weeks, the staff is always friendly & helpful, & I like looking around the showroom to get ideas for additional things to get printed for my business! I highly recommend Instant Imprints for all of printing needs, you won't be disappointed!"
