"I bought a Lifan X-Pect from Rockin' Power Sports a few weeks ago and was going to review my experience on Google shortly after my bike was delivered. Before I had the chance, the bike had a technical failure and I held off on reviewing. I am EXTREMELY glad I did because what followed was an excellent example of the kind of conclusion one can draw before having all of the facts. To start, I live in Springfield. For those not familiar with the distance, that's an hour out from Carthage where the showroom is. They actually DELIVERED the motorcycle to my driveway! I was able to hop on and immediately take a spin! Unfortunately, the bike pooped out and refused to start several days later after only 65 miles. So I called them back and told them what was happening. Without hesitation, Jim (the owner) informed me that he would be out the following day to pick it up, diagnose it and make it right. True to his word, he arrived the next day at the time he quoted and strapped the bike onto his trailer. After several days and some assistance from his technician, the bike was running again and he brought it back out to me. That day, I rode it about 10 miles before it pooped out. This time, it proved to be user error. That didn't stop Jim from coming all the way back out again, diagnosing and fixing it (I had simply not changed the petcock back to the "On" position; this guy actually came back just to do that!!!). Jim did not charge me a dime to ensure that he had a happy customer! The level of excellence in his service and quality of product is is second to none! When the time comes for me to size up from a starter bike, Jim will have first crack at my business, no question! By the way, I'm having a BALL with this bike! Highly recommend!"
