"Had an excellent experience today at Reeves Tire in Carthage. I made an appointment for a tire repair as I have two small kiddos. They greeted me by name, and they had me in and out in under 20 minutes. I got my grocery shopping done next door while they fixed my tire. 10/10."
"They replaced a tire pressure sensor. Less than a week later, same sensor went our again. Went back and they said we would have to pay for it again to fix it. Now two tire sensors aren't working. A tire shop should correct these issues not make them worse."
"There are two guys that were at the front desk that need to learn to be more courteous, friendly and professional. Someone took one of my marked pieces of wood to use on the tongue of another trailer and when I asked the front desk he says, Well it wasn't my turn to babysit the tow driver when it was dropped off". Wow! So, if my trailer was taken that would have been the answer? Very unprofessional. They did a good job on my trailer tires and called to apologize for the comment. That goes a long way guys. Just remember, your clients are going through sometimes a tough situation and I for one, was not taking my bad situation out on you. So try to smile and be gentle. FYI, I'm Normally a big tipper.
