Instead told me the item is final sale (which you have to search through the website to see) and told me instead bring it to Patagonia. Did not even ask for pictures to see the item and claimed it was not defective when shipped. Horrible customer service."

Didn’t have a problem coming in and shopping until I had to pay upfront.. the worker had not problem leaving me there waiting while she walked away and decided to help a new customer that just walked in. I felt second. I just felt for a lovely boutique they were unprofessional. Took way longer than what it should have to checkout. I was annoyed and almost just left my things. Don’t really rate but I wouldn’t really want to go back. This was my personal experience"
