"I had my son’s prescriptions transferred to Bruners at the beginning of the year. I haven’t needed any until this week and I called Wednesday to get a refill. The gal on the phone told me no problem and it was ready to go. When I went in to pick it up, they told me that it wasn’t actually there, but that I had picked it up in January and not paid for it. I was completely taken aback as I didn’t recall ever getting that medication there and most certainly wouldn’t just leave without paying. Apparently, his script was expired and while they offered to fax his doctor they told me they would have no idea when I could get it. I went home and checked my box and as I remembered, my last box wasn’t even from them. I called back to find out why they accused me of not paying when I had never picked any up. Again, they were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. I called the old pharmacy and they took care of it right away. Don’t accuse your customers of not paying for their medications when you are clearly lacking communication in your office."
