"Been coming here for years. For 5 years or so the selection was awful, but they have a great selection again! I was able to find boots for all the grands while the hubby was getting work boots."

"You better be positive when you buy boots here because they won’t take returns. They tell you if you wear them outside one time you can’t return them I bought $200 pair of boots wood them once and them won’t replace for a larger size. These are the boots they won’t replace for a larger size"

"Drove from Springfield to check out this Justin Factory Outlet and was a big letdown. The inventory is limited, and I wear an average size of 10.5. They had none. Most of the inventory consists of steel toe work boots. If you need a pair of steel toe and live nearby, check it out. Just a small outlet with limited styles."

"Only place I buy my boots. 12-31-21 well I have to change my review. I stopped by yesterday looking for a pair of red wing work boots. The guy sent me across the street to Scotts shoes. Scott had the red wings. But I still love Justin's boots."
