"One of the single worse experiences I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. They constantly will call my husband and tell them a prescription is ready. He will pick up and then get a call saying it’s delayed. It was also a nightmare having my daughter’s new prescription filled. Her doctor originally called it into the wrong location and I called to have it moved. I got a call it was ready and when I went to pick it up I was told it was not ready because they do not have it. I asked when they thought they might have it and I was told “go get it from the other location”. Never again. I’m switching to CVS."

"Came for covid booster and one staff asked us to call health insurance provider but turned out he typed in the wrong info. We waited for over one hour to actually get the shots."

"Customer service in pharmacy has really suffered here. My prescription has been delayed since last week, they filled it today in a brand that they chose. I do understand these things happen but when I asked if another Walgreens may have it, Jessica was notably bothered at possibly having to reach out to another Walgreens. I ended up having my prescription transferred to another pharmacy today. It’s already been filled and I am on my way to pick it up."

"For years the pharmacy has been above and beyond helpful. Not recently. The service has changed drastically. Has their hiring practice changed because I even had a horrible experience on a phone call and that has never happened in the many many years of using them. We may have to change it is so bad. I always trusted them, but now I’m worried."

"It isn't enough that we have to wait on the phone forever only to have them hangup on us but having to stand in line for over 15 minutes to get help is beyond ridiculous. One pharmacist assisted 5 cars and turned to help those of us in line while the other spent over 17 minutes helping some guy get a discount on his drugs. Had we not been helped by the pharmacist working the window, who knows how long we'd be there. And to think that I walked inside rather than use the drive thru because I thought it'd be faster. Next time I will call CVS to have them transfer my refills. I've had enough with this Walgreens."
