"Sold me a truck toolbox of their brand that had the wrong keys in it so I can't lock it. It's a specific box that they only had 1 of so I can't switch it out. The manager there keeps saying that they've ordered a new key but it's been a month and a half now with no action. I hate this place. Don't shop here Edit: Manager gave me some of my money back to order keys myself. That was cool of them. Still annoying that I had to deal with it though."
"I ordered a birthday gift on October 1st and was supposed to receive the item on October 8th.. never received the item.. called because I was charged and charged for shipping. Item was on "back order" now. There was no mention of back order while ordering the item. Apparently one of the other warehouses had the item in stock so it was changed to that warehouse and I was supposed to receive my item.. it never came. Called customer service yet again and they could no longer find the order. Terrible experience.. the customer service rep was rude and told me that I should just reorder the item."
"We just bought a 6x10 trailer 30 minutes ago from store 482 and when we got it our house to put the front wheel on it we couldn’t because of the hitch mechanism was bent and floored out so bad it would not go on. My husband took it rt back and the store manager told him it was sold as is and was not her problem and would you have to go through the manufacturer about this. He told again we had just purchased it 30 minutes ago even showed her the receipt and still she would not do good on this.The manager Lauren Neyson should not be a manager of store if she can not sell products and stand behind them, an treat customers with the respect they deserve because there other places to buy from"
