"The HVAC department is phenomenal. Nicole, Vanessa, Dan and Casey are all very professional, nice, and know how to go the extra mile for their loyal customers above all. They also do an excellent job of keeping the supplies and shelves very organized and easy to find whatever it is you need. This is my favorite Locke Supply out of NWA. Come here for all your HVAC needs. You won't leave disappointed!"

"Home owner doing most my own repairs. Bought a sheetmetal part for $30 w. tax, returned the next morning in perfect condition and was charged a 25% restocking fee. Same part in brand new condition. Mind you, they originally gouged me by double on the part to begin with. Lady points to a sign. Really???? Despite my objections, only 75% refund. I am not worth the $6.35 they retained on the restock fee so neither is my business. If and when I hire something out, no parts from this horrible company will make it on my property."
