"I had a flat tire after hours in Ozark. Chappell tire was the only place I called that was open and willing to help me. They called in a technician at 9pm, tried to repair my flat and when we realized it was punctured - they were able to replace the tire to get me and my daughter back on the road. They were so helpful, kind and understanding and I really don't know what we would have done without them."
