"We went into the store this morning to get some gas and the woman (I believe she had black hair) lashed out at the other employee in a very unprofessional manner and then my boyfriend pulled his nicotine vape out (he wasn’t using it in the store just had it out) and then yelled at him that she could kick him out of her store. I truly believe she should seek therapy so she could get on some mood stabilizers. It’s a shame people have a bad day and take it out on others. But you know what they say? Hurt people hurt people. But maybe next time don’t be such a raging C word. The gentleman at the register was very lovely though. He deserves a promotion for dealing with her mood swings!"

"I have spoken with the newer store manager a couple times when they have run out of cups or there was no coffee made. This morning I tried to talk to him to let him know that frequently when I go in in the mornings there is no creamer hooked up. They have it.. its just not hooked up.. Since this has happened so often I wanted him to be aware. Instead of say we're working on it he told me that I should just go somewhere else because I nitpick. I don't think wanting to have coffee made, having cups out for customers or having creamer hooked up for use is nitpicking. I have been going to this ezmart almost daily for over 4 years and this new manager is running it into the ground. He also informed me that his District Manager has givin him authority to tell people if they don't like how it's being ran to tell them to go elsewhere. I would think in a recession they would want all the customers possible. Guess not"
"They don't know how to speak with customer on the phone also they look mad when people come in when they try to smoke outside the store. They have to be nice to all people also they treat some customers like racism to islanders like the other guy buy beer never check ID but the islander buy grizzly she say can check your ID."
