"I like the one I go to in Rogers. They keep everything fresh . Things are not allowed to sit on a shelf a long time . It isn't hard for me to get help if it is on a high shelf. All the employees seem to have a good attitude. The store feels/ smells clean ."

"I am in here about four days a week. I’m happy I’ve got one pretty close to me so it doesn’t take much to get what I want and leave. I use their pharmacy for my prescriptions. The people in there are really nice and I don’t mind going in and getting them."

"I came to Wal-Mart to buy two new front tires. The assoc was wearing a beanie had earbuds in, no name tag. First, he did not check me in properly, I didn't receive text updates. He instructed the installers to change the drivers side tires. They replaced one of my new tires and left an old one on the front. As I explained the problem, this skinny kid with the beanie and air buds was talking under his breath and glaring at me. After the first 3.5 hr wait, I am waiting again for them to fix the mistake. One of the female associates took care of checking me in. When I asked what they could do for me, I didn't receive a response. I've seen small gestures of 10% before but nothing for me. Well, half of a day with the family gone."

"I don’t know why I have continued to come back to this store. Today will be my last. First, it’s very sad to see how many of their workers are too busy on their cell phones to help or answer a question. Managers are right beside them doing the same, so I guess it is accepted. They are also too busy standing around talking to help at the self-checkout. I counted a group of 6 associates standing in a group talking, while customers were waiting for help and then act frustrated when a customer interrupted them for help. The last straw for me was today when I did go to checkout with an associate. As usual, he was on his phone, so I must have interrupted him. Through the entire transaction, he did not speak one word to me! I did not get a hello, how are you, thank you or even a total for my transaction. I find it hard to believe that this is the expectation for Walmart, but if you stand there long enough and watch, it seems to be a common practice, so I guess this is the expectation Walmart has set for their employees."
