"The new "manager" Laura needs a few lessons in customer service. I don't ask for a fake interaction daily with the workers at the republic rapid roberts but as a daily paying customer I do expect the manager to at least say a little" hello" or a "what can I get for you." This Laura is less than friendly and has never said hello to greet myself and other customers to the store. She is always slamming stuff when you ask for an item behind the counter. I feel like customers annoy her the second they walk in. There was an awesome staff about 3 months ago and now I don't even feel wanted when I frequent this location daily. I understand times are tough finding competent help but this lack of customer service is uncalled for and could be avoided with proper customer service training. Thank you for you time."

"I painfully avoid public restrooms. But last night I had to go!. Surprisingly I was blown away when I opened the door the bathroom was so clean! That's a rarity these days. I couldn't thank the gentleman working the register enough. I hope they pay him well."
