"Tried ordering a pizza today, found out you can’t call your order in anymore. So I got online and ordered my pizza at 2:15, got confirmation that it would be ready at 4:25??? I tried calling to figure out what is going on, I sat on the line for 15 min trying to speak to someone, no luck. Drove up there to find out the confirmation of 4:25 was correct. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and I will not again with Casey’s, you screwed up with your new system and lost a customer for good. Good luck with your new system of screwing people. Bye bye"

"Pizza maker needs to read instructions and added notes. He was trying to not let my husband pick the order up when I put in the notes he would be picking up, like questioned him " I'm going to need you to verify the name" mind you this is after he was waiting on it because it wasn't ready. So he was told already the name on the order. Also work on your cutting. Pizza wasn't even cut all the way. Pretty annoying to have to cut it ourselves"
