"I walked into this store on New Hope and an associate by the name of Danni was out in the lobby with NO SHOES on sweeping the floor. As a previous associate employed by Kum&Go, I was completely mortified when I saw this, as this is so unsanitary and against coding! There were 2 other employees, but no GM in sight, yet nobody said anything! This is SO unprofessional and nonetheless, gross. This store has completely gone down hill over the last 2 years. I can never go in and not have to wait in a line of 5+ people when there are clearly other employees to help on the registers, the floors and sales floor are always dirty and under Stocked. This use to be one of my favorite stores no matter the employees or GM but it’s just slumming it like it’s on south side now. DISAPPOINTED in how the entire company is allowing their stores to run!"
