"Casey’s Belton Clean well lit facility. Competitive gas price. I understand this is their new prototype store. Nice layout. Got a drink and a candy bar and watched the staff be rude to the person in front of me. Taking the experience from a 5 star to a 3."

"For the first time at any gas station that I have been to in all of the KC Metro I get charged a $150.00 pre-authorization at a pump. Let’s pretend this is somehow normal yet it has never happened to me. At $2.43 for a gallon of unleaded my tank would have to be 61.7 gallons. The national average fuel tank size is 10.8 to 18.5 gallons so on the extreme end let’s say 25 gallons at $2.43 which is approx. $61 so this is double that. When I asked, I get told it can take up to 4 hours for the money to be released and that this is normal but yet again this has never happened before. I tested this down the street at QuickTrip with another vehicle and this did not happen. Same card. Same bank. This is a warning that if you intend to get gas here that you should pay in cash or better yet simply avoid getting gas at Casey’s General Store."

"I usually have the worst luck with my pizza when the girls are cooking, I called to see if the good cooks were there and Kevin said he’d make my pizza himself. He did not disappoint! Pizza is hot and loaded! Thank you Kevin!"

"The good - great pizza, excellent fuel choices. The bad - much of the time, fuels pumps have some plastic sack over them - what good does having choices do when they're...not available?!. Chronic understaffing results in long wait times inside the store ... only ONE out of three cashier terminal works reliably with cards; the rest of the time, be ready for some frustration since they (corporate) can't seem to fix this issue. More wait time. Note to Casey's VP's . . . this store is on the ragged edge of marginal efficiency - quit setting your employees up for stress and failure. Staff appropriately and start giving them equipment that works, supplies that are timely & in stock and especially quit pissing on your customers! Casey's management - WAKE UP!"

"We had an awesome experience here today. We always go to this Casey's for any fresh food. Today we had an employee in the kitchen having a rough time with pizzas staying on the warmer tray. We are rewards members so we helped out and he was very appreciative. Kudos to the kitchen staff today at 11:17 on July 10 for not losing his cool."
