"I’ve gone into this place 3 times and only have received 1 massage there is always something that is a surprise when I get to the facility that is more out of pocket to me The girls in the place need training so they are preparing their customer ahead of time so there aren’t any surprises. Most people visit a Spa to distress but this place will stress you out every time. My sons gave me a gift card for Christmas and I’m not able to use it because I’m going to stay as far away from this place I can get it’s too stressful with the stupidity and lack of information this staff gives and then they look at you like it’s your fault. or I should pay more and be done with it. For today I was told I wouldn’t be charged so I was appreciative of that but not sure I trust it - I’ll for sure keep Checking my account- I will be filling out a report to Missouri Attorney General’s Office regarding the practices at this facility. I don’t recommend this place at all."
"I visited your location on Oct. 21, 2023 for each a Swedish massage and foot scrub. My massage was very mediocre. I called to speak to the manager CJ about my concerns but they were pretty much dismissed. I will not be returning."
"This business is unethical in their practices of their month o month subscription. It's a waste of money because if you are a person that needs a massage like I don't often as I pay my subscription in the month I pay for it! Well they don't do that if they don't have a slot open for you until the next month when you were never able to use the first massage and here comes billing again for you to pay even if you never used them they just rack up unused and your paying for a subscription u can't use when u want. It's a waste of money."
