"Very unhappy with their service. I totaled my car in May, and immediately reached out to gap over the phone. it is now November and things still aren’t settled. I have been fighting for months between my insurance and my gap to get things settled and nobody wants to help or do their job properly. I have been passed around from adjuster to adjuster, and I get different information every time I talk to someone there. The latest person who I have been in contact there is incredibly rude and condescending, and says that I didn’t contact gap until months after the accident. I was In contact via phone and email over the span of the last 6 plus months. They lost some of my documentation because they decided to switch adjusters part way through the process with no warning to me, so information got sent to an old adjuster and the new one couldn’t access it so I had to resend it again. They are saying they don’t owe anything and are basically saying they shouldn’t have to uphold their end on our contractual agreement. I would definitely reconsider using this company because if you need them, they won’t be there for you, and will only cause you more nightmares. Terrible service! Would give 0 stars if I could."
