Sport Clips Haircuts of Olathe Pointe

"I’ve been to this Sports Clips for about a year now and recently my experiences have been horrid. The last one I had, I go in and the stylists seems upset for some reason… I witness a bunch of people walking out and then suddenly I’m next in line. Not knowing why, I go up and sit after the girl calls me over and immediately when I sat down I felt her frustration. She was rude, with comments like “can you not move your head away from me?” Even though she was the one pushing it… and when she asked me what I wanted, she seemed upset and reluctant that she had to do it. Heck, even when I sat down she pushed me back slightly and told me to “sit back” in a rude manner. She mentioned being eager to get off early and was upset they still had clients. The haircut was okay, not what I’m used to from this locale. Interactions were horrible, I did not feel welcomed and just wanted to get out. If I had known the stylist would behave like this, I would not have come. It’s sad. Used to be a great place"

"I checked in online and they gave my appointment to someone else twice and let me waiting, the status of my appointment was on deck for more than 8 minutes and still they were not proceeding and when I told them why, the lady was super rude and yelling at me, I believe no one deserves to have such experience Where is customer service and care? More importantly where is your manner?"

"This feedback not only goes to this location because they're piss poor customer service but to sport clips overall. You should not prevent someone in person that arrives more than an hour beforehand because you think all the people on the online list is going to show. That is terrible customer service and terrible business model. Example six people show checked in with estimated wait times of 50 minutes with the store having an hour and a half left of opening hours. So whatever predictive model that is being used is wrong. But more so have better people that convey the messaging better then cutting someone off at the counter and walking away."

"I have been going there for several years, and the ladies there are polite, friendly, and professional, and they really cut my hair amazingly. I always do the MVP experience to help them out and show my appreciation for them, and leave a tip on top of that. Their app works great, and I can choose who cuts my hair and check-in. No longer do I have to wait in the shop because I know what number I am in the line and they give you an estimated time AND text to your phone when they're ready for you, so I can go in right on time and not wait. It is very efficient. They don't waste my time, and I don't waste theirs. They're wonderful and fantastic, and I endorse and vouch for them wholeheartedly 1000%. I give them 20/10."

"We know Sport Clips is a franchise but this one always treats me right. I am now a regular here and will make time to make it here for a hair cut even if somewhere else is more convenient. I normally ask for Amber (who might actually be the manager) and she always treats me as well. You can't go wrong with any of the ladies here though. At most of these sort of places they show you product after your haircut and I have found that this is the best time to tip... Unless you are wanting a salon priced bottle of hair goop."
