"My first visit for my daughter went great. Scheduled a follow up visit for 6 weeks later, 4 days before the appointment I received a text from my stylist stating she needed to reschedule. I tried to contact her regarding the reschedule to which I received no response, after contacting the salon, directly and having to leave a message, she finally texted me back and said that there was some sort of miscommunication, and that she was “uncomfortable” with doing my daughters hair, but, had talked to another stylist in the salon and they would be more than happy to do so….It took 20+ days to figure out that you were “uncomfortable” doing my daughters hair, this was not discussed at the time of service or in the text message asking to reschedule. I do not recommend this place just for the simple fact that they can’t seem to communicate what is actually going on."
