"I went to Tiffany, the owner, on June 3rd, for a trim. She asked me if I wanted extensions and I said no then she asked if I wanted some layers and I said sure. She turned the chair away from the mirror and swept the hair up before I could see the damage done. I ended up with a ton of hair that was about 2 inches long. When I talked to her about it, she said it was like that when I came in. If she asks you if you want extensions, just pay the $500 or go somewhere else. I had to get this fixed as much as it could be while it grows out. This is just like a shady mechanic creating their own work! I'm sorry to hear they didn't put me on the books. Either her book keeping is like her hair cuts or she doesn't want to take ownership. I contacted Tiffany already about this and she tried convincing me that my hair was like that when I came in. This is no mistake on record keeping and this is the owner and person who cut my hair trying to wiggle out of responsibility for what she did. I'm only advertising for the way she runs her business."
