"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... TOLD ME NOT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND WHEN I WENT IN FOR A FILL.. THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T DO IT AND I needed an appointment. I'm 70 yrs old with only 1 hand to polish..."

"We called their number and they said $30 for a set of acrylic nails with normal polish. $5 for every finger they do gems on and $5 for medium length nails. When we arrived for our appointment things got shady, we showed them pictures of what we wanted and described it in detail, they said they could do it. We had 2 different nail techs and my nail tech said that since I wanted medium length nails it would be $10 extra instead of $5 like we discussed on the phone. She proceeded to give me short nails and still charged me for medium nails. We wanted a simple “drip” design on the ring finger only and we were told it was going to be $5 just for one finger. The gems she put on my friends nails weren’t straight and one has fallen off already. She ended up putting the gems on her nail before doing the drip design and told my friend she couldn’t take the gems off and do it again or she would charge extra. My nails ended up getting the nail techs fingerprint in it and she didn’t fix it properly at all my nail is bumpy. The girl before us had messed up nails that were done by them and the nail tech said “it’s your fault”. Overall the place is just very unprofessional and the customer service is lacking. We ended up only paying $65 dollars for both sets but they aren’t even worth that. We also can’t get a refund for the poor work that was done by THEM."
