"I had an appointment booked for a cut and style yesterday with Alyssa. She called and told me they were not open due to a broken water pipe. I understood, of course. She rebooked me for today. I asked that she call me if something happened and they were not back to normal. I did not receive a call, but when I showed up for my appointment this morning, the owner was there. I told the her that I had an appointment with Alyssa. She said that they were closed and she hadn’t talked to Alyssa. Then she turned around. I would hope if I were a business owner I would have offered to call Alyssa or in some way to satisfy the customer. They lost me as a customer for not just hair but for mani/pedis."
