"Recent reviews that are being left for this business that are one-star are very false by a super unhinged and very upset person that did not secure the date on time or send a deposit to secure hair and makeup. Having seen the communication and knowing how this business truly operates (extremely well and professionally) I felt compelled to leave a true review and not lies like those below have done. It is a shame how low people will stoop to falsely claim something when they were the ones at fault for not sending back the contract to secure the date. This person also viewed the contract two different times and received it promptly after this business completed a bridal trial prior. I have personally worked with Missy on many events and her 4.5 rating has been a 5 star rating until the false claims by a very angry and unhinged person. Missy is one of 417's most awarded hairstylists and is recognized by her quality, professionalism and service within the industry. Those who have worked with Missy and go to High Volume Salon know the truth and it is important that the completely false lies by this very very very unhinged person are called out appropriately.
