"Walked in at 630 they have the open light on, the lady chuckled and said we are at full capacity when she cutting one person's hair, I said I thought your were open till 7pm, she smiled and called for a different coworker that came out the back and refused service to me as well. If that is the case they should turn the light off, here I am 15 min later, still light on, but I can't get a haircut, will never do business here again"

"Sat in chair for 30 min.whole she hacked on the back of my head . Then another girl came and cut another 30 minutes. I came out almost bald... I will never go back!!! Then wanted me to pay ... I was so pissed I walked out Never go there....."

"Came in at 5:48 for a haircut when they close at 6 and she refused to give me a haircut. If you guys don't receive more people after 5:30 write down that you guys close at 5:30"

"My husband has been getting his haircut with you all since you’ve opened and the last two times he’s either had horrible customer service or has had horrible customer service and a not so great looking haircut . It was almost necessary to ask if the young lady was having a good day or not. After telling her how he likes his hair, she tells him she’s not going to do what he said and completely does what she wanted to do, rushed through the service and sent him out of the door. 25 dollars to be treated like an annoyance was not how we intended our evening. Not to mention we just spent another 30 dollars getting his haircut fixed , she cut it way too short for what he was asking . Hopefully better next time or we will not be back"
