JCPenney Salon

"My friend and I went in just to simply get our hair curled for a night out, upon arriving we were greeted and told to come on in. My friend’s stylist was very friendly and asking about our night engaging in small talk… However, as I approached my stylist “Ginny” it felt like I was an extreme inconvenience. She hardly said one word to me the entire time it was very awkward, I was making more small talk across the room rather than with my own stylist. This was not even the worst part… a few minutes into the haircut “Ginny” was burping very loudly rubbing her belly and not even trying to cover it. When my friend finished her hair she came and sat in the chair next to me, and after we left she told me that “Ginny” had also stuck her hand down her pants to rub her stomach and continued to touch my hair. This is truly astounding and to top it all off we ended up paying 80 dollars for 2 heated styles which took no more than 20 minutes. I feel like we payed an extremely ridiculous amount for mediocre curls and to get belched all over. I’m disgusted and will never go back. Highly do not recommend Ginny. The other lady was at least friendly."

"Very upset with my haircut. I paid for the Xpress cut which states that you recieve a shampoo and condition with the haircut. I only got a dry cut with a little bit of water sprayed on my hair. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived I was asked if it was okay for someone else to do my hair. I was fine with this but the girl who offered gave me the silent treatment the entire time and I tried to make small talk so it wasn't just awkward silence. Then to top it off my haircut was uneven and she cut a shelf into one side while trying to do face framing. I left and will be scheduling a fix at a different salon. I don't understand why she offered to cut my hair when I had an appointment booked with someone else if she was going to rush through the cut and do a very poor job."

"I haven't had my service yet but my appointment was at noon so.i showed up at 1145 cause Google said rhey were open. And they wernt."

"The young lady who cut me and my girls hair done wonderful. It has been a long time since a person really paid attion to my girls and what they wanted done with there hair. She was patient with them never got mad about all the questions or talking. This is by far the best hair cut we have had."

"Good stylists, can't remember who my step daughter had awhile back but it was an amazing haircut- just like the picture we showed her. Had my hair cut by Ramona today and she was very personable and my cut turned out great and also just like I wanted. Only thing is that for the price of a cut there I feel like the salon itself really needs some updating. The prices are high-end for this area but it's not a high-end atmosphere. That's the JCP company, though, and doesn't reflect at all on the quality of service."
