"Stay away from Hairstylist named Helen Gaucho. I’m not sure if she intentionally did it but I was shocked when I looked at the backside of my hair, the bottom part is so crooked. Ugly and so disappointing. So don’t let this lady do your hair. Not a good hairstylist."

"Grest Clips has been my salon of choice for many, many years. Online checkin makes it quick and convenient. Although the entire industry was impacted by covid, they still deliver."

"Lazy F-s. Always something. Go to my usual place and closed early. Drive like a maniac across town to get to Metcalf 45 minutes before close and just one person sitting in the waiting area with three people cutting hair. “Sorry past the cut off time.” All that for a hair cut that looks horrible a third of the time. Never thought it would come to this but I guess I should start going to a real barber for my basic as it gets haircut."

"Stylists do not listen to client. When I asked to "keep most of the length" and "barely cut any of the top off" the stylist cut off more than 2/3 the length of the top. This is not how I wanted to start my new job tomorrow with a haircut that is way too short and NOT at all how I described I would like my hair cut. Please save your money and go elsewhere. This is not the first time I've been very disappointed that stylists at multiple great clips locations DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR CLIENTS. It's infuriating. I will never be back. I'd rather pay triple and feel heard and get what I want."

"I just had major back surgery and couldn’t shower for more than a week. I desperately need my hair shampooed. I have purple hair and I use special shampoo and conditioner that has actual color in it to keep my hair looking bright and not dull or faded. So I had checked in online and when I got there a lady asked if I had checked in online, I said yes. And she went back to finishing her client. There were two lady’s working. There was one person ahead of me. The lady finished up and called me up there to officially check me in I guess, I started to tell her about my special shampoo I brought and she just cut me right off saying she wouldn’t be the one doing my hair and just to wait until the other lady was finished. That really soured me on the whole experience. Once the lady who was doing my hair got ready for me I explained to her I brought my own shampoo. She (very harshly) explained to me that they can’t use anything with color in it. Blah blah. I’m like whatever. I just need my hair shampooed. She was a very nice lady, she took really good care of my hair. Went above and beyond for just a shampoo. I really appreciated that. I can finally shower and wash my own hair. But I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in that situation again! She told me her name but it escapes me right now. She was wonderful though, she wore a pony tail and had kind of reddish hair.
