"I went to Courtney for the first time last week, and my oh my- it was an absolutely wonderful experience! She is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and talented hair stylist I have ever been too, and I've been to a few! Her intake process is in-depth because she really cares about achieving your hair dreams in the most healthy and realistic way possible. She is completely upfront with her process and prices and allocated more than enough time for my appointment. I've always been told I have "a ton of fine hair" and have always felt a bit rushed or a burden to other stylists, but with Courtney my experience was the exact opposite! Her salon suite is beautiful, clean and organized- beyond visually appealing and comfortable. She even has complementary snacks, drinks, and (amazing) massage chairs to sit in while you process! She explained everything along the way including the different products that she uses, but in no way did I feel obligated to purchase anything extra. In the end, I decided I wanted to invest in salon-grade shampoo and conditioner, and she had it in stock right there for me to take home. Overall, my experience was relaxing, informative, and easy. Courtney strives to make you comfortable every step of the way and is easy to talk to! I will definitely be keeping Courtney as my stylist as she has set the bar higher than ever in my eyes. I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you've ever had doubts about your hair and just want that one person to stick with and help you through your hair journey and make you feel beautiful again!"

No distracted conversation while she does your hair! She’s clear with her pricing and lets you know upfront if there are any changes to her original quote. The facility is clean and bright.
