"1-At store once employee got done with a customer he came right over and explained all options and verified in stock - what i really loved is the whole roll of carpet to look at to really see what it looks like not a small sample. Within few days due o weekend I had a quote and install date. The installers took there time ti not damage anything - they worked fast but smart and offered suggestions to improve the look Everything came out perfect- glad did not use anyone else (other places looked put out to even help with options)"

"They went above and beyond for me. They pointed out some wood rot when they removed the tile and were willing to pick up plywood and repair the floor before they laid the flooring. They did a very nice job and had it completed quickly. I would definitely recommend Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet!"

"helpful staff! Junk product an Installation was horrible! Horrible, horrible. Hire someone else they will not respect your home. Left pizza in my driveway, scuffed my brand new walls, left freaking glue on the wall! Wrinkles in the linoleum the Installation guys told us would go away... nope. I pointed out air bubbles in the linoleum they needed to fix, they cut holes in it an pushed it down. My brand new floor pops now, and has cut marks in it."

"We have purchased carpet from Big Bob’s before and it was great experience then and now. The only thing I would say should be better is if there is carpet left the installers should leave it with the home owner since they purchased it whether there is a lot left or not. That should be up to the homeowner to do what they want with it. It’s not a good look to load it up in the truck like they are secretly taking it. Other than that everything was great!"
