SPIN! Pizza

"This used to be our go-to after church pizza place. In the last year the prices have exponentially increased and the quality has gone downhill. Our pizza last night was soggy and not hot (maybe say under a warmer?), the soup was cold, and the “Greek” salad was all lettuce with literally one tomato. Apparently they were out of Kalamatas and feta and cucumber, and rationing tomatoes- something that would have been nice to know when we ordered two full Greek salads. The hostess/register person was very rude, but the servers were friendly. It was overall very disappointing. Unfortunately, this is third less than okay visit. Once or twice can be expected anywhere, but apparently this is their standard. Very sad that this is the case. $80 for two pizzas and two salads with water to drink. Not worth it."

"We have been patrons of Spin Pizza ever since they first opened in Lenexa. The food is good and there are a lot of allergy friendly options. Tonight, however, was a terrible experience. The restaurant was severely understaffed and the manager was nowhere to be found. It is Saturday night, he has a very small staff to service the entire restaurant and he left at 7:00 to leave his slim staff fend for themselves. They did their very best to handle the situation but it was untenable to say the least. This manager has no business being in the service industry. He should be profusely thanking his staff, led by Owen as the shift lead. Without Owen's leadership of his overwhelmed team members and the entire staffs desire to push through, they would not have made it through the night without having to close down and/or stop taking food orders. My family and I spent $100 to eat at Spin tonight. We sat and waited for 45 minutes before a single piece of food was brought to us, and then nearly 90 minutes before two of us received our meals. We are so frustrated by the situation and feel like our time and money was completely wasted by Spin Pizza and their inept management tonight."

"Ordered 5 pizzas for delivery. 3 arrived mangled in the box as the delivery driver must have slid or tipped the boxes in transport."

"Not cooking seems to be a theme around here the last few days. We ordered from spin in Lenexa, and we got the 8 color salad, and the chicken and goat cheese pizza. These are two of my favorite items on the menu, but everything is so good it's always hard to choose. 8 COLOR romaine, red cabbage, red leaf lettuce, grape tomatoes, radishes, celery, green onions, gorgonzola, pine nuts, croutons, red wine vinaigrette. CHICKEN & GOAT CHEESE herbed olive oil, chicken, goat cheese, crimini mushrooms, caramelized onions, spin! blend cheese."
