"I’m so sad about the change of locations. The old location had lots of booths, comfy seating, large tables, a fireplace and cozy areas to enjoy the quiet. The new restaurant is bright and clean, the restrooms are nice, but it’s lost all of its appeal. I would never choose to hang out here again. All the tables are small, seats are hard, and it’s very loud. I’ve already quit going to Panera due to the insane prices and tiny portions, but this is the last straw. I don’t understand why they felt the need to close their old store."

"How is this a $13 salad? Panera has gotten ridiculous with prices/portions!"

"Waited in drive through for an actual hour. Single lane drive through so you can't give up and escape to literally any other food. After first 20 minutes learned they weren't making any "hot bowls" despite being able to see them make soups? Maybe I'm misunderstanding. Had to order a salad since I still could not escape the line. Proceeded to wait an abysmal amount of time. Should have driven away when they finally asked for my card."

"I don't like the new location as much as the old one. It's very bright, and the tables are all together in the front. Most of the chairs are hard, without cushions. I miss the cozy nooks, the fireplace, the comfy booths, the sectioned-off areas of the dining room where you could have a private conversation or get some work done on your laptop. At the new location, you are strongly encouraged to use the kiosks (which were mostly ignored at the old location) to place your order. The menu item I wanted to order was not available on the kiosk so I had to cancel my order and start over at the cash register. It is clear that the management wants you to come in, interact with them as little as possible, eat quickly and get out. They don't want you to get too comfortable nor stay for too long. The food is - as always - high quality and delicious, but you pay for the quality!"

"The food is decent, but if you don't want to spend 18 dollars on a sandwich and small mac and cheese don't come here. A small (and I mean SMALL) mac and cheese is $7.19. Just mind boggling to me. The baguette that you get on the side has a weird grassy taste but if you try the one from the Panera at the legends it taste great so I don't know what's going on with the one here. Yes I've eaten at both multiple times and it's the same every time. It's still a good place to eat just hard to spend money like that when the portions are small."
