"My kids and I went in to get pedicures. I even called ahead to make sure they had time for us. The gentlemen that did my pedicure was not good! His massage was rough and he was in a huge rush and very grumpy. I felt like I was bothering him by coming in. He barely did any of the steps in my pedicure and the ones he did do hurt. The paint on my nails is also very uneven and he did not paint the whole nail but I still got charged extra. I had to retrim and file my nails when I got home because they were uneven and jagged. The lady that helped my kids was wonderful and very sweet. I normally have such good luck at New nails. I was really disappointed and won't be back."

"My best friend and I made an appointment for 5pm for pedicures. Having a baby next week and wanted to pamper myself. Hours say open until at least 7. She got her toes painted. She was charged $38. For me I just wanted the massage chair and the hot towels. She also got the same treatment. That part was good. Instead I got my nails painted just a basic manicure, didn't even ask me if I wanted a gel polish. This is what I ended up with. They were rushed, not fully painted, different colors bc of how he painted with the coats, bubbles and just basic polish. Got charged $52. I will not return total waste of money."

"The first time I went was great the 2nd time was alright , however the 3rd was horrible. They pop off your nails instead of soaking them they cut and burn you and do your nails the fastest way to make money no matter how bad they treat your nail health I don’t even think the lady that did my nails was licensed because it sure didn’t seem like it. Definitely will be taking my money elsewhere. Literally look how horrible my nails are acrylic laying over my cuticle and not drilled correctly UPDATE**** my nails are now lifting after 9 days this is bizarre worst money spent"

"Always enjoy this place of business. I drive 1 hour and 15 minutes to have a full set of nails, pedicure, and brows (which I do nothing fancy only clean them up) done with Liz. She takes great care of me from the moment I walk into the door. I feel like the Queen that I am when I'm there. Thanks Liz once again."
