"I had the pleasure of the Manger doing my nails. To my surprise he did a horrendous job. I rarely walk out of services being performed but this one was it. My SNS dip job is so thick and uneven it's astounding. When I advised him that it looks awful he said " let me put some polish over it". Are you kidding me??? His lackluster attitude about me wanting him to do it right really irritated me. I will not be back and I'm baffled at how they have a good rating. I'm filing a BBB report."
