"The good: my nails look good! The bad: the woman who did them was incredibly rude and cut one of my fingers badly enough to bleed with a nail file along with nicking 3 cuticles...and then I had to ask her to even up the ends of my nails, which were so slanted they looked ridiculous. I was about to pay for the acrylic bare and leave because of how badly it was going when that woman left and another lady applied the gel. The painting was wonderful, and the nails turned out fine...that's what the second star is for."
