"This is the second time we have ordered a delivery Pizza order from this Casey's. And both times we have ordered it more than an hour and a half before we needed it. The website said that we could have it delivered at that time. And we even received a text notification 20 minutes prior saying that our order was on track to be delivered by the 8:00 delivery time. Then at 8:05, we received a call from the store saying that they hadn't even started making them yet. I understand that places are shirt staffed. And if they couldn't get the pizzas made and delivered in that short if time, that's fine. But don't say that you can, and then send out a confirmation, and then call after it was already supposed to be delivered saying it's going to be late and your not sure when it will be done."
