"My chicken quesadilla is completely cut in maybe three pieces and it was all shoved to one end of the bag so all the chicken was with one end of the quesadilla and the two pieces on the other end had no chicken just sauce and cheese in them"
"The staff is always very kind, but service can only make up for so much. This location is constantly out of stock, the soda is watered down, and the last several times we’ve been the meat has had a terrible off-taste. It’s sad but the Belton location is far superior."
"$5.69 for a chicken chalupa supreme!!?? Got it home...shell stale..actually hard..hardly any chicken found..counted 7 pieces..small..lettuce/cheese/tomato even less. I can get a McDonald's Bid mac for less and actually get more! I'd drive the horrible chalupa back but its not worth wasting my gas! Oh..and the cheese Rollins that are now $1.29...total disappointment..sad..so much for a quick decently priced meal..lost a customer..im sure ya'll don't care...but I do"
"Raymore mo location. Staff was friendly, attentive, and really went above and beyond. Food was excellent and pretty quick. Clean dining area. I rarely eat fast food because service and food (everywhere) have gone downhill and gotten very unhealthy. I've been to this Taco Bell twice within a month or two and was very pleased with food and service on both visits."
"Made custom order. I ordered 2 steak gordita crunches and added nacho cheese and sour cream. Very disappointed in how poorly they are made. It cost more and I got less I just don't get it. Also potatoes have a short hold time. Make them fresh or keep them fresh. I have worked at taco bell. There's no excuse. No straws either."
