"With 12+ years restaurant experience I understand being under-staffed can lead to a plethora of issues... but, many restaurants are working through it with much more grace than TOTM. The food here was good, I know what its like back there, keep it up! The service, on the other hand, was just awful. A combination of needing more hands and poor training practices. In the end the current condition of this place is far below par and most definitely boils down to management issues. Or, maybe they just prioritize members and don't care about the public.."
"Worse service and food I've had in Missouri so far. Doesn't make sense to have a beautiful golf course and facility and turn around and hire a waitress with no hospitality skills and a cook who obviously doesn't have basic culinary knowledge. It was so bad I would need 10 pages to break down how horrible the food was. Dennys would be an upgrade compared to the mess they served. Four adults and no one ate but a couple bites of their meals...when it was finally served. I was so disappointed because being better than this is so easy."
