"There will be items missing from your pick up order and then they will act like they gave them to you. They will say the best they can do is give you the customer service number. You will then have to wait on hold for you to only be refunded for the missing items. The refund will take 10 days and you will be out that money until then. Very rude on the phone, overseas customer service and overall a very bad experience."
