"The GM that supervises here and over at Kansas Expy is awesome. He goes out of his way every time to help out, is super knowledgeable and an overall rad person. I prefer this store out of all the locations bc of the staff. Danny is really chill and created a great experience for my 8 year old daughter whose getting into Pokémon. He also helped us out with Hello Kitty and anime stuff and really gave excellent customer service. We’ll be coming back here again soon w/ our Xmas money. Lol"
"Just spent 500 for a Playstation 5 and went to pick it up. Employee Hayes had one customer doing a return. I was standing there and waiting to get it. No. I'll be right with you or anything. I finally spoke up he said yeah youll have to wait. He finally went in back to get it which he could have done in the first place. Then gives it to me no Thank you or anything. I won't be back. Very poor customer service."
