"Big selection. BUT I just sold them a bunch of my dvd collection, even had a box-set in there. They gave me $20 in store credit, or $15 cash... I took the in-store. Bought 2 things that I've been wanting with the credit and my own money bc it was expensive. I ended up looking online, and found one of the items cheaper, and decided to return it. So I drove back, and did that. When I told them why I wanted to return it, they said they would "do it this once, but can't do it again". Honestly, I'm disappointed. I loved that store, but I just don't want to go back after that conversation. The whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, and so I'll stick to getting my entertainment elsewhere."

"Great staff good location and they gave me a great price for a gift card that I had no desire to use. But it's always easier to get good customer service when you behave like a good customer. Almost like those go hand and hand or something. Anyways, it's a good place. Pass on some kindness. It's really needed these days."
