"I love trying local bakeries, I generally purchase 2 or 3 different options. Cookes and Cinnamon Roll and whatever the store speciialty. Cinnamon Rolls were sold out. I purchased 3 items. Choc Chip Cookies had very few chips, but it was a perfect tollhouse cookie, Frosted Sugar Cookies have pockets of unincorporated Salty Something. Big bite of salt. I am hoping the Povitica Bread is amazing. Hold your breath. Nope, the bread is great, light and slightly sweet but the cream cheese filling needs some flavor, even if only a splash of vanilla and a tablespoon of sugar. The lady that helped me was wonderful . the quaint shop has room for 2 people in the customer area. We were at capacity."

I mentioned to a friend I would be stopping by and between the two of us we ordered two walnut and one cream cheese potivica, one apple and one cherry strudel, one boston cream pie and two brownies. Everything was absolutely delicious. If you want the freshest and best quality bakery items, made and served with love by some of the best people on the planet at very affordable prices, do yourself a favor and stop by Mema's Bakery.
