"I ordered a strawberry cream slush… ended up getting a cup plain ice slush not mixed up with a little grape flavor. I didn’t want or ask for grape, there was absolutely no ice cream mixed in. I also ordered a corn dog. This came out super cold and the dough was not cooked… very upset rn."

"The burgers were good and onion rings were great! The fries, not so good. Under cooked. No trash can to drop off trash on way out. Had to drive around, get out of car and walk up to can by tables. That's unexcusable."

"Food was burned, and they forgot the onions on my coney. The side of onion rings had about 3.5 rings in it (see attached photos). I like Sonic, but this was a truly pitiful experience."

"Male employee blurted something to me at the stall after about 3 minute wait that was impossible to understand. I pushed the call button again and it was rather quickly shut off. I tried once more and again was cut off. I went through the drive through and placed my order. The wait wasn’t terrible but noticeably delayed. Not only was my corn dog on the cool side it was too tough to eat on 1/3 from top to bottom. My drink wasn’t the size or flavor I asked for. I couldn’t believe I had driven from my country home to the closest (25 minutes) suburb Sonic for that. I’m fully aware that ppl have bad days, are immature or just received bad news and aren’t performing at their best. This isn’t what was happening though. I think they were short staffed and couldn’t keep up. But the rudeness was unacceptable!! I did not tip for his bad behavior and who ever his crew member was who blurted something at me and kept cutting me off…literally!! He may have been ticket off that I didn’t tip. But a tip is to show my gratitude for good service. Call me old school but that’s what a tip means ppl. Like it or not. I want my money back and would appreciate an apology. That won’t likely happen. So, if you’re in the Kirkwood area Sonic by Doc’s Harley Davidson and want food go to Arby’s or QDoba, BK, McD, Chick fil et or any place but that Sonic for a while. Needs a couple of new, trained and happy and polite employees!!"

"After waiting in the drive thru and getting passed over a couple of finally was able to ask the car attendant guy where my order might be. He told me that his fellow employee tried to bring it out to me earlier. When I told him that the other car-hop had brought out a bag that was supposed to be mine, it was a mistake. He then brought out my order that had been sitting on a counter for over ten minutes, and then on top of that, I was charged for a large order of tater tots that I did not order. Trying to call the restaurant after I realised their mistake was a waste of time. No one bothered to answer the phone. I attempted two times, allowing the phone to ring ten times with no response. I proceeded to contact the feedback survey. They actually want you to submit a credit card # to be able to answer a survey. That aspect of their feedback process has a REDFLAG written all over it."
