"We just happened to have bad service. Bartender was in training and the manager did not seem to care that we waited 15 to be seen and so much longer for our drinks. New people need time to learn, but management was visible and ignoring the situation. Such a bummer because we love coming here."

"Being from IL, we were so happy to spot a Pasta House on our trip across the river. We should’ve known when the parking lot was empty that was a sign to go elsewhere. As soon as the salads hit the table the manager who had been waiting to come by was at our table asking us to join a rewards program. Staff eating at the bar in front of customers. At one point we were the only table in the restaurant and had our cups lined up for a refill at the end of our table but they sat there until after our food came. After waiting so long for our food we considered leaving until we saw our server literally run through the front door, to the kitchen, and produce our food. My spaghetti (which I thought was a safe purchase) was full of water and sauce. There was a ring of saucy water around my pasta and sauce. I did not eat one bite, but the manager who asks everyone to join rewards wasn’t to be found. I didn’t make a complaint, I simply boxed my food, paid and left. I love Pasta House so I really hope they can get it together because I have nothing positive to say other than the restaurant looks to be in good condition. Hopefully this visit was reflective of a very off day for this establishment and staff."

"We phoned in an order just before closing on New Year Eve. That was approximately 7:15. They closed at 8:00. The young lady on the phone was nice,friendly, and patient with us. She made excellent recommendations to help us make the best choices for our money. We arrived moments later because we were en route during the call. Slight wait. The food came out along with a few bonuses. Nice! Everything was great. The food really lent towards a celebration in ushering in the new year. Thanks, Pasta House."

"Got fish and chips (steak fries)! Their salad was marvelous as always. The fish was flaky and tasty as were the 2 large dinner rolls. The waitresses were fun to talk to, which made the experience better."

"Stay away!! We ordered 3 drinks and they sat on the bar for at least 15 minutes before our server brought them to us. All 3 were very weak. Ordered a pizza and a Joe’s Roastbeef sandwich and waited at an hour before receiving our food. At least 3 other groups of people walked out of the restaurant waiting on their food. The pizza was BY FAR THE WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER TRIED. Seriously, a gas station pizza is better than this. The roastbeef sandwich as bad, making my company sick to her stomach."
