"I absolutely love these sandwiches. I oder from this location often as it is very close to where I work. However, my sandwich specifications are absolutely overlooked. What's the point of having customization option online if the staff overlook them. I ask for mayo or extra vinegar and oil, I don't get it. I ask for no peppers, yet they're on my sandwich. All I ask is pay better attention to orders as they come through and make them to specifications."

"Don't waste your time if it's after 3pm. I'm sick of showing up only to find they closed early. It has happened repeatedly, and today they were still accepting online orders while closed. Based on the Now Hiring signs and clearly reduced hours, I'm sure they don't pay employees enough."

"I absolutely love Jimmy John’s! I eat there at least, 3 times a week. And not once have I had a bad experience with the food until now. I have never ate at this location but wanted a sandwich on my way home from work. The girl who gave me my sandwich was fantastic! When I got back to my car, the bread was so stale, it was almost inedible. Which sucks because, that’s my favorite sandwich. I would have gone back in but I was in a time crunch. I don’t wanna get anyone in trouble but please do better!"

"This Jimmy Johns location has messed up my order more times than I can count. I order online and have gotten the complete wrong sandwich, I’ve had multiple orders where they forgot to bring drink or side. They won’t do partial refunds, so I get the option to wait another 40 minutes while they go grab my drink/side and bring it back. I just lose money because I can’t wait that long. Today I ordered for delivery for my kids and it took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive. Don’t recommend ordering from this location."

"There were 6 employees behind the counter and none of them seemed to have time to run the cash register or sandwich line. Three of them played (wrapped trash liners around another's neck, interrupted the others while making sandwiches, one called another the N word) while 3 customers waited for food and another 2 waited to have their orders taken. One customer complained about the lack of service and was meet with an argument that he should asked for help if he wanted a sandwich. That customer walked out. These kids need more supervision. I relayed the story to my in-laws and they said that is nothing new for this store. My sandwich bread was undercooked and was doughy as well."
