"It doesn't seem right to me to handle food in this way. Starbucks must take care of its hygiene. I have owned a restaurant and I know the hygiene rules and this is not allowed. This employee has all her hair on her face and the hair can fall into the food. Another thing I don't understand is that they have the bins in the bathrooms full to the brim when it's only eight in the morning. Very disappointed."
"Some people thought it was slow, but I stood in the store & placed a mobile order and I got it in a reasonable amount of time. They seemed like they were popping out orders. My order was correct. Coffee was good. I got a cold brew."
