"Worst service my family and I have ever had coming to this location. The food was not as good as it usually is, Service was Horrible considering it was not busy at All!! We kept having to Ask for our drinks to be refilled. Waiter kept putting hot plates down in front of my 2 yr old grandchild. Not Necessary at all."

"i had not been to a bww in around 7 years as they had gone so far downhill both in quality of food, service, and cleanliness. We decided to give this location a try after doordashing it, and we've now been back several times. The draft beers are excellent, the environment is clean and the atmosphere is nice. The service here is wild. I never thought i would be saying this` but this bww has better service than nearly anywhere ive been. (I will note, that I only sit in the bar side of the restaurant, so I cant exactly speak for the other side) It's awesome to see a B dubs doing well, and this one is absolutely doing it right."

"Food was great. Waitress was very friendly. Portions were good. Prices ok. Only complaint was how long it took to get waited on and how long it took for the food to arrive at our table. They were not very busy. But it seemed like so many places anymore they were short handed. So, was not really upset about the wait Because the food was very good"

"4 year anniversary dinner with my wife and we wanted something casual and relatively quick. Place was almost dead empty at 7pm on a Sunday night. Back of house was standing around by bar talking with front of house. Took at least 10 minutes after being seated (only 2 other tables on dining side and 2 tables in bar) to even have waitress greet us. Ordered, took almost 30 minutes to get the food. Hostess brought our food to us. Looked like slop, half the wings had sauce dumped on them and the other half were dry. Overcooked and dry, and cold. In an empty restaurant, our food came cold. By the bathroom smelled like weed. Paid and we headed to the car with our 7 week old because my wife needed to nurse. Sitting here, we see the girl who "served" us come out to the car next to us with another employee and proceed to smoke weed and hotbox the car next to us. Not surprised at the garbage service or food at this point. Would never, in my life, go to this place again."
