Papa Johns Pizza

"Went to this Papa John’s once. The person on the phone took my order, charged me for it, then when I got there 15 minutes later to pick it up, the manager was inside at the register shaking their head like they are closed. I placed the order at 10:15, get there by 10:30, and they were supposed to be open until 11pm. They never made my pizza or intended to, closed the store down early, and still took my money. I was extremely hungry & was really looking forward to it. I’ll never return to this location!"

"Used uber to deliver my food. When parts of my order were missing they told me to get a refund for the item instead of completing my order and the manager thinks this is acceptable. This was the last time. I've reached out to corporate, deleted the app and refuse to do business with Papa John's as a whole moving forward."

"We order Papa John’s once or twice a week. We understand things happen, no problem. There is a problem, however, when the manager, Lisa, has zero customer service skills. The last few times we have ordered we have received expired sauces. I never said anything because it’s just a few dollars and I understand things happen. We continued to receive expired sauces each order, so I finally called tonight to bring it to their attention. The manager accused me of lying and said the sauces she was looking at were not expired. I offered for her to have the driver come and switch them out so they could see the Expiration date and give us non expired sauces which she laughed at me and said, “we can’t do that.” I then offered to send a picture of the sauces with the expired dates and she would not do that either. I asked her to please just refund me for the sauces and she refused saying that she does not have proof. WHAT!!!????? She then hung up on me!! Who treats anyone like this, let alone a manager?? If she cared to look up our ordering history she would have seen how often we order and have never had an issue. Not sure why bringing expired sauces to her attention caused her customer service skills to go out the window or why she would want to lose great customers, that order quite frequently, over THEM sending us expired food??? Below is the expired sauces received this evening-Use By 3/11/22 PS-we only received 8 out of the 10 Chicken poppers that are supposed to come in the order. (Would normally not have said anything about it, but when we receive expired food consistently and then get accused of lying about it with no suggestions to remedy the situation, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth!)"
