"When walked in the cashier was more worried about being on his phone, then taking orders. The brisket, was super dry and had no flavor. The “burnt ends” were way too salty, and a little over cooked; I’m sure they were actually a chuck roast. Mac n’ Cheese, not so great either. The environment was pretty nice, if they get the food issues lined out, it could be a nice place to go and grab a bite."

"Been wanting to try this new barbecue joint and it did not disappoint! Came out for lunch and sat outside. Order at the counter. I got the burnt ends flatbread (it was huge!) and hubby got 1/4 rack ribs. Really good. Sauce was great combo of smoky/spicy/sweet. Mac and cheese was a touch too cheesy so probably wouldn't get that againt but creamy coleslaw was good. Will definitely be back!"

"Im gonna be honest here and im from Oklahoma and was visiting. I walked in and was not greeted by the guy cashier which should have been a red flag. Even after I was leaving the cashier said nothing. So maybe a lack of training but I'm not sure this place had 4.8 stars. I ordered the ribs and I tasted zero flavor and the smoke was uneven, ( you dont need sauce on good ribs) just good fall apart ribs with flavor. But there was none, barely any smoke flavor yet seasonings. The mac and cheese tasted like it came out of a can.. no seasonings and zero smoke. The beans tasted like bush baked beans with a few customized add ons but the beans again..no flavor. Maybe it was a bad day but there should not be any bad days in the restaurant industry. I came to Missouri expecting to try good bbq but maybe this wasn't the place. At least not on this day. I wont give it a 1 because the layout of the place is great."

"Delicious BBQ in Chesterfield finally and excellent customer service that went above and beyond. They accidentally left a Flatbread pizza out of my order. Not a big deal. I called them to just refund it to my credit card since I live about 15 mins away and didn't have time to go back to the store. Instead, they drove out to my house, gave me that flatbread pizza, and envelope with the refund in cash. Being a retail commercial real estate broker and interacting with retailers and restaurateurs, I'm more familiar with their behind the secenes struggles than most people, especially finding good workers and owners that stand behind their product/service. O'B Que's exemplified excellence today, and we'll definitely be back again. I highly recommend their brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and (of course) flatbread pepperoni pizza. That level of service can't be beat. Great job O'B Que's!!"
